| IL10RB（白细胞介素-10受体β亚基），也叫做IL-10R2或CRF2-4，是由IL10RB基因编码的II型细胞因子受体。 它是IL-10、IL-22、IL-26、IL-28和IFN-λ（IL-29）等多种细胞因子受体复合物的共用信号传导亚基。它自身不能直接结合配体，但必须与这些细胞因子各自的特异性受体α链（如IL-10R1）结合形成复合物后，才能启动下游的JAK-STAT信号通路。 在免疫系统中，IL10RB广泛参与抗炎反应、抗病毒免疫和组织屏障保护等过程。其编码基因缺陷与极早发型炎症性肠病等疾病相关。 | |
