| I. Background | |
| CDCP1（CUB 结构域包含蛋白 1）是一种跨膜糖蛋白，编码基因位于人类染色体 3p21.3，其编码的蛋白由 836 个氨基酸组成，包含三个胞外 CUB 结构域、跨膜区及胞内酪 氨酸激酶结合位点。该蛋白在细胞黏附、迁移及信号传导中发挥核心作用，并广泛参与肿 瘤发生开展及心血管疾病调控。 在肿瘤生物学中，CDCP1 呈现高度表达特性，尤其在前列腺癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、胰 腺癌及乳腺癌等恶性疾病中显著。其顺利获得激活 PI3K/Akt、MAPK/ERK 等信号通路，促进肿 瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及转移。除肿瘤领域外，CDCP1 基因变异近期被发现与心力衰竭相关， 其可能顺利获得调节心脏纤维化影响疾病进程，为心血管疾病治疗给予新靶点。综上，CDCP1 作为多信号通路交汇节点，在疾病发生开展中具有关键调控作用，其功能解析为肿瘤及心 血管疾病的精准诊疗开辟了新路径。 | |
