| CD166（也称为 ALCAM）是一种跨膜糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF）成员。 其在多种肿瘤中高表达，包括结直肠癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌和黑色素瘤；并在多种细胞类 型中表达，包括上皮细胞、内皮细胞、神经元和免疫细胞。CD166 在细胞间相互作用、信 号传导和细胞迁移中起重要作用，同时也与肿瘤的发生、开展和转移密切相关。CD166 通 过其胞外区与其他细胞表面分子（如 CD166 或 CD6）结合，介导细胞间粘附；还可以顺利获得 激活下游信号通路（如 PI3K/AKT 或 MAPK 通路）调节细胞增殖、存活和迁移。 | |
